NSC Group has implemented its Business Continuity Incident protocol which allows all our staff to have the resources needed to work remotely.
In respect of both real and potential disruption to commercial business activity caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, please be advised that the NSC Group is continuing to fulfill its client service delivery uninterrupted.
DataNovata development work will continue to be executed within the client destination environment, using the remote access profile provided. All developers connect to the same resource and version, for consistency and control. No DataNovata staff will have occasion to copy data or utilities from the client destination to their local drive, maintaining the highest standard of information security for client data.
Your usual points of contact have not changed. In the event of a role assignment change, this will be communicated in a timely manner.
While each member of staff can function autonomously, we recognize that staff internet connectivity is now shared among multiple regional providers, with their own service capability. NSC Group is not responsible for service interruptions caused by bandwidth restrictions and network failure of 3rd-party Internet Service Providers.
Some shared resources, such as the DataNovata demonstration system, will remain on our corporate server. Response time delays may be apparent when showcasing a demonstration via remote connection.
